Privacy Policy
Faxjet (the "app") lets you send faxes from your iPhone. There is no account, no advertising, no tracking (no App Tracking Transparency prompt) and no third-party analytics SDK. The operator is indiehack (an individual developer). Contact: support@indiehack.kr
1. What is sent when you send a fax
- When you send a fax, the page images you selected and the recipient fax number are sent to our server (hosted on Cloudflare) and transmitted through our fax carrier, Telnyx. This is used only to deliver your fax.
- Document files on our server are deleted within 24 hours after the fax is sent (or finally fails). The full recipient fax number is deleted together with the document files within 24 hours; only the last 4 digits remain in the send record.
- Send records (last 4 digits of the number, time, page count and result) are kept for 90 days to check disputes and refunds, then deleted.
- Information processed by Telnyx is governed by the Telnyx Privacy Policy.
- Processing by our server (Cloudflare) and our carrier (Telnyx) may take place outside your country, including in the United States and other countries. The items transferred are the page images and the recipient fax number; they are transferred over an encrypted (HTTPS) internet connection when you send a fax, and the purpose is fax delivery.
- We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
- Usage statistics are recorded only as numbers in a file on your device and are never sent out.
2. Stored on your device
Send history, confirmation receipts and document thumbnails are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. Depending on your iOS settings, app data on the device may be included in your device backups.
3. Permissions
- Camera: to scan documents.
- Photo library: only the photos you select are read.
- File picker: to choose a PDF or other document file.
- Notifications: to tell you when a fax has finished sending.
- Clipboard: read only when you tap the paste-number button.
You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
4. Payments
Purchases use Apple in-app purchase (StoreKit). We never receive your card details. Subscriptions (weekly $6.99, monthly $19.99, yearly $59.99) renew automatically and can be cancelled in Settings > your name (at the top of Settings) > Subscriptions. A single-fax purchase ($2.99) is consumable. If a fax finally fails, the one-fax credit is returned so you can use it again in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. 5. Free test page
The one-time free test sends one sample page through our own test line and shows you the confirmation.
6. Where you can send
Fax numbers in the United States, Canada, South Korea and Japan.
7. Website
This website is a static page with no cookies, analytics or scripts. The hosting provider may process connection data such as IP addresses, as with any web access.
8. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14 in South Korea or under 13 elsewhere.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
10. Your choices and deletion requests
To request deletion of or access to data held on our server, such as send records, email support@indiehack.kr with the last 4 digits of the recipient number and the approximate time you sent the fax. We will reply within 30 days. Document files and send records are deleted automatically once their retention period ends, in every case. Information held by Telnyx can be requested from Telnyx directly under its policy.

Faxjet(이하 "앱")은 iPhone에서 팩스를 보내는 앱입니다. 계정, 광고, 추적(앱 추적 투명성 요청), 제3자 분석 SDK가 없습니다. 운영자는 indiehack(개인 개발자)이며 문의는 support@indiehack.kr로 해 주세요.
1. 팩스를 보낼 때 전송되는 정보
- 팩스를 보내면 사용자가 고른 페이지 이미지와 수신 팩스 번호가 저희 서버(Cloudflare)로 전송되고, 팩스 통신사 Telnyx를 통해 송신됩니다. 목적은 팩스 전달뿐입니다.
- 서버의 문서 파일은 송신 완료(또는 최종 실패) 후 24시간 안에 삭제합니다. 수신 팩스 번호 전체도 문서 파일과 함께 24시간 안에 삭제되며, 송신 기록에는 끝 4자리만 남습니다.
- 송신 기록(번호 끝 4자리, 시각, 장수, 결과)은 분쟁·환불 확인용으로 90일 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.
- Telnyx가 처리하는 정보는 Telnyx의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
- 서버(Cloudflare)와 통신사(Telnyx)의 처리는 미국 등 해외에서 이뤄질 수 있습니다(국외 이전). 이전 항목은 페이지 이미지와 수신 번호이고, 송신할 때 인터넷(HTTPS 암호화 통신)으로 이전되며, 목적은 팩스 전송입니다.
- 수집한 정보를 판매하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.
- 사용 통계는 기기 안 파일에 숫자로만 기록되며 외부로 보내지 않습니다.
2. 기기에 저장되는 정보
송신 기록, 확인서, 문서 썸네일은 기기에 저장되며 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. iOS 설정에 따라 기기 안의 앱 데이터가 기기 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다.
3. 권한
- 카메라: 문서 스캔
- 사진 보관함: 사용자가 선택한 사진만 읽습니다.
- 파일 선택: PDF 등 문서 파일을 고를 때
- 알림: 송신 완료를 알려 드릴 때
- 클립보드: 번호 붙여넣기 버튼을 누를 때만 읽습니다.
권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.
4. 결제
결제는 Apple 앱 내 구입(StoreKit)으로 처리되며 카드 정보는 저희가 받지 않습니다. 구독(주간 $6.99, 월간 $19.99, 연간 $59.99)은 자동 갱신되며 설정 > 본인 이름(설정 맨 위) > 구독에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 1건 송신($2.99)은 소모성 상품입니다. 송신이 최종 실패하면 1건 크레딧을 앱에서 다시 쓸 수 있도록 돌려 드립니다. 환불은 Apple이 처리합니다(reportaproblem.apple.com). 이용약관은 Apple 표준 EULA를 따릅니다.
5. 무료 테스트 페이지
1회 무료 테스트는 저희 시험 회선으로 샘플 한 장을 보내 확인서를 보여 드립니다.
6. 송신 가능 지역
미국, 캐나다, 한국, 일본의 팩스 번호입니다.
7. 이 웹사이트
이 페이지는 쿠키, 분석 도구, 스크립트를 쓰지 않는 정적 페이지입니다. 호스팅 업체가 일반적인 웹 접속처럼 IP 주소 등 접속 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
8. 아동
앱은 만 14세 미만(한국), 만 13세 미만(그 외 지역) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
9. 변경
방침이 바뀌면 새 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
10. 삭제·열람 요청
서버에 보관된 송신 기록 등의 삭제·열람은 support@indiehack.kr로 수신 번호 끝 4자리와 대략적인 송신 시각을 적어 요청해 주세요. 30일 안에 답변드립니다. 문서 파일과 송신 기록은 보관 기간이 지나면 어느 경우에도 자동으로 삭제됩니다. Telnyx가 보유한 정보는 Telnyx 방침에 따라 Telnyx에 직접 요청하실 수 있습니다.

Faxjet(以下「本アプリ」)は、iPhoneからFAXを送信するアプリです。アカウント登録、広告、トラッキング(App Tracking Transparency)、第三者の分析SDKはありません。運営者はindiehack(個人開発者)です。お問い合わせはsupport@indiehack.krまでお願いします。
1. FAX送信時に送られる情報
- FAXを送信すると、選択したページ画像と宛先のFAX番号が運営者のサーバー(Cloudflare)に送信され、FAX通信事業者Telnyxを通じて送信されます。目的はFAXの送信のみです。
- サーバー上の文書ファイルは、送信完了(または最終的な失敗)から24時間以内に削除します。宛先のFAX番号の全桁も文書ファイルとともに24時間以内に削除され、送信記録には末尾4桁のみが残ります。
- 送信記録(番号の末尾4桁、時刻、枚数、結果)は、トラブルや返金の確認のため90日間保管し、その後削除します。
- Telnyxが処理する情報は、Telnyxのプライバシーポリシーに従います。
- サーバー(Cloudflare)および通信事業者(Telnyx)による処理は、米国などの海外で行われる場合があります。移転される項目はページ画像と宛先FAX番号で、送信時に暗号化(HTTPS)されたインターネット通信で移転され、目的はFAXの送信です。
- 取得した情報を販売したり、広告に利用したりすることはありません。
- 利用統計は端末内のファイルに数値としてのみ記録され、外部には送信されません。
2. 端末に保存される情報
送信履歴、送信確認書、文書のサムネイルは端末に保存され、アプリを削除すると一緒に削除されます。iOSの設定によっては、端末内のアプリデータが端末のバックアップに含まれる場合があります。
3. 権限
- カメラ：書類のスキャン
- 写真ライブラリ：選択した写真のみを読み込みます。
- ファイル選択：PDFなどの書類ファイルを選ぶとき
- 通知：送信完了をお知らせするとき
- クリップボード：番号の貼り付けボタンをタップしたときだけ読み取ります。
権限はiOSの設定でいつでも変更できます。
4. お支払い
お支払いはAppleのアプリ内課金(StoreKit)で処理され、カード情報を運営者が受け取ることはありません。サブスクリプション(週間 $6.99、月間 $19.99、年間 $59.99)は自動更新され、設定 > 自分の名前(設定の最上部) > サブスクリプションから解約できます。1通送信($2.99)は消耗型です。送信が最終的に失敗した場合は、1通分のクレジットをアプリで再び使えるように戻します。返金はAppleが対応します(reportaproblem.apple.com)。利用規約はApple標準EULAに従います。
5. 無料テストページ
1回限りの無料テストでは、運営者のテスト回線でサンプル1枚を送信し、確認書をお見せします。
6. 送信できる地域
アメリカ、カナダ、韓国、日本のFAX番号です。
7. 本ウェブサイト
本ページはCookie、分析ツール、スクリプトを使わない静的ページです。ホスティング事業者が、一般的なウェブアクセスと同様にIPアドレスなどの接続情報を処理することがあります。
8. 児童
本アプリは、韓国では14歳未満、その他の地域では13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。
9. 変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、新しい施行日とともに本ページに掲載します。
10. 削除・開示のご依頼
サーバーに保管されている送信記録などの削除・開示をご希望の場合は、support@indiehack.krまで、宛先番号の末尾4桁とおおよその送信時刻をご記載のうえご連絡ください。30日以内に回答します。文書ファイルと送信記録は、保管期間が過ぎるといかなる場合も自動的に削除されます。Telnyxが保有する情報は、Telnyxのポリシーに従いTelnyxへ直接ご依頼いただけます。
